I love taking my car to this shop! The waiting area is clean, the bathroom is clean, the free coffee, tea, and snacks are a nice plus. I always feel that my car is getting the best treatment when it is in the shop.

Professional and knowledgeable

I drop my car off with the understanding that I would pay $140 diagnostic fee. The next day when I went to pick up my vehicle, the gentleman informed me that they did not feel that they spent enough time correctly diagnosing my issue to warrant that since it was an issue that they were not equipped to handle. He said that they diagnosed it within about five minutes and that there would be no charge. That is amazing customer service and one that certainly earned them a return repeat customer

They did a great job. The front desk has that Clovis way of life feeling and they treated me more like a friend than a customer. Went in for a light and brake inspection and while the car didn't pass, they were prompt with my appointment, did a great job of explaining what needed to be fixed and I was so impressed, I scheduled an appointment with them to fix the problems. Think I found my new auto repair shop!! Hey, and I even got free coffee!!!
