The well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority, and we wanted to reach out to share some of the ways we are navigating our business amid COVID-19. As long as we remain an “essential business” and not mandated to close for any period-of-time, we will be open for business to ensure our customers and local community have safe and reliable transportation during this unprecedented time. First, we want to make you aware that we are following guidance from the Center for Disease Control in our shop to make certain our cleaning protocols are enhanced and our social practices are in line with the best guidance. 2018 Brakes for Breasts Campaign We're excited to announce Clovis Auto Shop will participate in national campaign Brakes for Breasts for a fourth consecutive year. Throughout the month of October, we will join several other independent auto repair shops across the US to raise funds for a breast cancer vaccine as part of the Brakes for Breast fundraiser. We will be giving away FREE quality brake pads donated by our local campaign partner, Smith Auto Parts. Our customers will pay only the labor and any other parts necessary to complete the brake job. We will then donate 10% of the brake job directly to Dr. Vincent Tuohy and the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund. DONATE & SAVE Please join us in our 3rd Annual Repair Hunger Food Drive supporting our local- Community Food Bank. With the help of our customers, we have collected over 300 pounds of food for charity in the past two years. With your help, we can reach our goal of an additional 200 pounds this year! WHERE DOES THE COLLECTED FOOD GO? The Community Food Bank provides food to more than 200 agencies in Fresno, Madera, Kings, Kern and Tulare Counties and serve over 280,000 people each month. 2016 Brakes for Breasts Campaign Throughout the month of October, Clovis Auto Shop will join 111 other independent auto repair shops across the US to raise funds for a breast cancer vaccine as part of the Brakes for Breast fundraiser.
