This is great place and they do great work. I just wish they would have said to me "Your front pads are at 5mm so it's not time to recommend replacement yet. If you used 5-6mm worth of pad in 78,000 miles, you could easily go another 20,000 before you need to consider replacing pads" because if they had told me that, I wouldn't have gotten my 5mm pads replaced knowing I could've gone 4 more years on them (I only drive 5k a year). It's my fault for not doing my research first, but it would've been nice if they would've told me this. Instead, they said my brake fluid is fine and they don't recommend changing it until 100k, but I've never heard of such a long interval on brake fluid. Even if my fluid tested OK, I should have changed it and done nothing else. That way I would've spent less $$ and actually firmed up my pedal feel and improved my stopping power. Oh well.
