"We will definently be returning!" First time ever needing to smog my car, looked online for google reviews and found that Clovis Smog Shop was the only shop without a negative review listed... After going there, I quickly learned why! They have wonderful customer service, explained everything up front, offered me a "New Year" special for my smog, AND had me in and out in about 20 minutes. While waiting for my car I did a lil "people watching" and found that every customer was treated fairly and with heart. The gentleman at the counter offered maintenance advice from his years of experience, but never once gave any impression that the customer HAD to have the work done... No pressure, no intimidation... Just good 'ol friendly advice! We will be returning to Clovis Smog Shop for our smog/car maintenance needs!
