"Service beyond expectations!" Having had poor experiences in the past with dealership service, I decided to give Clovis Smog Shop a try(only having had our cars in for Smog checks previously). So, I called them first thing on a Monday morning with low expectations on getting my truck in right away, let alone finding out what the problem might be. This shop blew my mind. Dropped it off that morning, received a call as promised with the diagnosis, and another when they were done with the work letting me know it was ready. With the dealership, I always had to make the daily, just to find out if it had even been looked at. Clovis Smog Shop kept their promises and since my truck computer did not indicate any "major" issues, they serviced/checked only those items that might have caused the issue and there were no surprises.
