I have taken my car to other shop and they have not been able to fix the issues that had with my car and repair it correctly so I had to find someone else for my repair work. And auto shop fit that need great customer care, friendly environment I would bring my vehicle back be of the great service.

I would like to amend my review that I had posted a few days ago. I was disappointed after having our water pump fixed and the AC didn't work when we picked it up (it was working when we dropped it off). Anyway.....we had it fixed at another shop because we felt it was unfair to have to pay a $200 diagnostic fee. After my review posted I was called by Raul the manager? He said that the owner and/or supervisor staff did not know that we had been told by the front window guy that we'd have to pay $200. He apologized that that had happened and they refunded us the amount that we had paid at the other shop. We are extremely grateful that businesses like this still exist. We feel like it was the honest thing to do and we appreciate it very much. On that business interaction I would like to amend my review to a 5 star experience and thank management again for their quick resolution.

Thank you for being so articulate with your concerns, and understanding in resolution. I am sorry for any irritation and inconvenience we caused. We will use this as a learning experience to better assist our customers concerns in the future. As always we commit to conducting fair and ethical business with our community. Was recommendation this place on Facebook. Took my daughter's car in for a smog and oil change. I waited there. Took about 1.5 hour. Customer service was great. I plan to return with my other kids cars.
