Shop did test to find the real problem instead of the quick answer the OBD II suggested. After repair they verified it corrected the problem

Great guys. Took 78 corvette to get smoked but couldn't do to gas leak. Even though unable to smog mechanic spent time with us to review carburetor and hooses under the hood. They also smoked my other car. Will definitely go back when ready to smog corvette
