I was told on the phone they were going to repair my brakes, sensors, and rotars on my BMW. When Fernando called he said what needed to be replaced I said ok. Then he mentioned my tires and I explained im not able to do my tires at this time he became very pushy after. I picked up my car and now my brake light is on. He is stating I told him not to replace my sensors which I never did. I simply said I can not do my tires at that time. I will not be taking my car back.

Thank you Christina for your review and the opportunity to service your vehicle. Yes we did replace your rear brake pads with new rotors and rear wear sensors. We are happy to see you were able to take advantage of our free brake pad promotion and free brake inspection as 10% of the proceeds from the brake repair go to Cleveland clinic to help find a cure for breast cancer. During the brake inspection we did find that the passenger side front tire was separated and showing steel cord and that Fernando did do his job and make you aware of the tires condition. We do not want to be "pushy" with our sales approach, however when a tire is separated and showing steel cords we will make certain we strongly recommend that you replace the tire for your safety. When the vehicle arrived the brakes were grinding as the pads had completely wore out and was now metal to metal contact. I had the pleasure to check you in and it was not a concern of yours to address the brake light. You requested we address just the grinding noise. We expediently accommodated your situation, being that your scheduled appointment was the following Monday, but as you stated your brakes could not wait. I also believe we completed the service given within your time constraints and budget. We invited you to bring the vehicle back so we can re inspect and make sure our work is good and not relating to the brake light issue. Those warning lamps and sensors on BMW's are designed to come on before the pad goes metal to metal and that is how your car arrived to us. If you would like to bring the vehicle back for us to re inspect it please give us a call and schedule an appointment. Thank you!

This place is a joke. I called about an estimate for my car and was told one price once they got me there it went from a couple hundred dollars to almost a grand.! Not even to mention the price on the labor with parts only being around $300 Let me note too that they weren't fixing body work either. Once I decided to take my car else where I got rude service from the worker who was oh so nice to me once I first walked in. Had to pay the "fee" for them to tell me what was wrong with my car which I already knew to begin with, but once again on the phone they never mentioned that to me as well something they sprung on me as leaving. I let him know that I was upset about the charge and miscommunication and he seemed not to care and took it as a joke but stood quite when I told him that it's coming out of my pocket not his so of course he didn't care. I wouldn't return or recommend their services to anyone from my experience.

Thank you for your review. Yes we did give you an estimate for your inner and outer tie rod ends over the phone based on what you believed was needing replacement. However after a thorough inspection we were able to determine that there were other components damaged in your accident including lower control arm and the sway bar link. So yes the estimate did change based on what actually needed to be replaced and what your initial expectations were. We are not in the practice of recommending unnecessary repairs. However, we are in the practice of informing our customers accurately what needs to be done. Once we completed the inspection of the vehicle and gave you an accurate estimate you were able to make an informed decision. As for your time spent here, we courteously allowed you to do your price shopping which you chose to spend many hours doing so while the vehicle was on the rack waiting for you to decide what you were going to do. In this instance we did charge a minimal "fee" which you agreed to and signed for when you arrived. We spent several hours between different employees working with you and also with the broken tie rod it took multiple employees to get the vehicle into and then out of the shop as well since it was not drivable. We are sorry that your expectations were not met however as professionals in the automotive industry we pride ourselves on making sure we recommend and repair vehicles correctly once inspected. This is why price shopping quotes over the phone before an inspection is performed can be a recipe for disappointment. If there is anything else we can help you with please feel free to give us a call. Thank you!
